Like with all shifting markets there is a lot of confusion. I've worked through multiple market changes as well as serving older home owners in gentrifying neighborhoods during my 20 years as a realtor.

What's happening in today's mobile home market is similar. Be aware of the following risks for mobile home sellers in a shifting market;

  • Predatory buyers - when values go up but owners are still thinking of what their home was worth years ago, sellers become a target for predatory buyers who advertise aggressively.
