Who pays the buyers agent commission?

The biggest change from the recent NAR lawsuit settlements is to make sure the buyer commission is flexible. I've always been negotiable on commissions and sellers may or may not continue to offer a concession covering the buyer agent fee. We'll cover that in our consultation.
