New Developments on Kauai

Amidst many rumors, and the demise of some projects in the past two years, a few continue to stand out above the rest:

  • Koloa Landing in Poipu has obtained their building permits (after 2 years) and will begin verticle construction this summer.  Spread across 25 acres, it has hotel-like amenities and services, with 129 large two-, three- and four-bedroom resort condominiums. It will feature unique water elements like cascading streams, four lagoon-type pools with rock islands, waterfalls, a swim through grotto/cave and waterslide. Custom finishes such as natural wood doors, moldings and baseboards throughout, and natural stone and wood flooring that flow out to the lanai will be crafted within the condo hotels. Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass patio doors will open to magnificent views.
    Interior arrangements of the fully-furnished residences include; complete kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, granite counters and backsplash; five-piece baths with two-person soaker tubs, glass-encased showers and deluxe fixtures; walk-in closets, owner's storage and in-suite laundry areas. The condos will have air conditioning and high-speed internet access.

  • Kukui'ula in Poipu - with steady sales, and continued development, this unique community offers a true luxury experience with sweeping ocean views.  Estates West magazine article just named Kukui‘ula as one of the Top 50 Developments in the West.

Lihue:
