A big part of the magic of visiting Kauai is the amazing adventures that await you!  On this page, you'll find some of my favorites - and yours!  Check out the surf sites and water safety on the side, along with links to favorite Kauai activity websites. Zip n' Dip on the North Shore!! Princeville Ranch Adventures offers exclusive ziplining, kayaking and hiking tours on 2,500 acres of private lands on the North Shore of Kaua`i. These guided tours take you away from crowds to pristine areas that are otherwise inaccessible to the public.

Blue Dolphin Charters offers some of the best charter boat tours on Kauai. View the Na Pali coast and enjoy whale watching, dolphins, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and the true spirit of Aloha from the crew. Click on the catamaran photo on the left to go to their site and be sure to check their online reservation discounts!  Here's some comments from other visitors.  If you get Captain Anthony, tell him we said Aloha! He used to be our neighbor :)

The mission of Kauai Backcountry Adventures is to provide eco-tourism activities that are accessible to a broad range of people. The zipline and tubing tours have minimal environmental impact and contribute to the preservation of Kauai’s history and culture. They've helped to restore sections of the old plantation irrigation system, which are now used for the Mountain Tubing Adventure.

A client of mine went Ziplining with them when here on a cruise stop-over, so the first thing he wanted to do upon arriving to look for his investment property, was to Zipline!  Well, I picked him up at the airport, and there we went!  What fun!  A great crew - beautiful views and a thrill!  If I can do it, you can too!!

Smith Family Garden Luau has been rated "Best Luau on the Island."  Enjoy a fabulous feast, gorgeous 30-acre grounds, and a wonderful show.  For the best bargain in town, you can come to only the show at 7:15pm.  My daughter used to dance Tahitian, and many of her friends have performed here over the years.  You'll see a variety of dances from all over the world - representing the diverse cultural mix of the Hawaiian islands, and the history of Kauai.

CJM Country Stables offers memorable horseback rides on Kauai's magnificent south shore.  Check their site for various rides, including group rides with continental breakfast above a secluded beach.  Owned and operated by a local family - you couldn't find nicer people!
